渴望 Desire

對土地的渴望，原來是可以被喚醒的
The desire for the land, so it is, can be awakened

幾次靈境追尋、幾回在林子裡超過兩三星期的逗留後
土地的味道、森林的色澤、風雨冷熱的刺激
竟在皮膚、鼻子、耳朵、眼睛的記憶裡
生了根
A few vision quests,
residing in the woods for weeks on end,
the scent of the soil, the colors of the woods,
the wind, the rain, the cold and the heat
all rooted, unexpectedly, in the memories of the skin, the nose, the ears and eyes.


那份簡單、單純的接受
沒有批判的涵容
Simple and pure acceptance
being contained without judgements

層層疊疊的綠
或硬或軟、或滑或脆的土地的質感
夜裏如鳥叫的蛙聲、夜鴞的呼喚如嗚咽、落葉離枝歸土的輕盈
風折斷了竹、細雨潤了新葉灰沙
Hues of green,
hard, soft, slippery and crispy textures of the soil
bird-like screech of frogs, whimper-like calls of the owls,
the lightness of a leaf taking off from the branch and falling silently to the soil
the craking of a bamboo broken by the wind,
young leaves and gray sand moistened by drizzle and dew


我不需要是誰，從不曾被拒絕
這是土地的愛，大地母親的擁抱
我不需功成名就
只需來到
I need not be anybody, will never be rejected
This is the love and the embrace of the Mother
I need not be successful,
just need to be here

原來土地的接納可以如此了無痕跡
原來渴望可以這般單純
Now I see, the land accepts without effort
and the desire for that accpetance is simple and pure
